The rooms were exceptionally clean and new. The hotel has a luxurious feeling to it right when you step in. The staff went above and beyond, greeting us with a smile on their face and going out of their way to help you!!

We booked the deluxe suite but by the description it was more the junior. We aren't snobby and the room was excellent but by principle the description should match what you book.

Hotel was nice, comfortable and spacious room with decent balcony. Stuff on reception was very kind and helpful.

A very nice hotel, in Albania it is rare to see a hotel of the European level, but this is exactly it) We booked a regular room, but we were upgraded for free, for which we are very grateful)!
